New Year’s Celebration – Many thanks to the Kazanchy’s and the Kern’s for hosting a wonderful New Year’s celebration. The celebration was a great time to connect and start the New Year surrounded by such wonderful neighbors. Happy 2026 to all!!!
A thank you note from ACES Youth Home – Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! I wanted to send a heartfelt thank you from myself but also from the kids and staff that received gifts from you all this year! The generosity you all showed to us is so touching and heartwarming, words truly can’t express our thankfulness. The kids were so excited to open every single gift that you all provided. The additional monetary donations as well as pantry items are so needed, and we are so thankful for them. Please share and express our gratitude to everyone who participated in giving this year. We are so eternally grateful and thank you so much for your partnership this season!
Thank you and Happy New Year!

Winter Weather Preparedness – Recently four waterproof boxes were placed along the shoulder of Sharp Mountain Parkway and Vistaview Pkwy. These boxes contain 4-5 bags of ice melt and a shovel for use on the main roads in case of ice. Traveling from the East gate on SMP to the West gate here are the approximate locations: SMP at the first left hand 90-degree turn (close to the Woodard home), SMP after Westview Dr. (close to the Burke/Owen and Zercher homes), continue on SMP to Owl Ridge and then Vistaview Pkwy, one is before you get to Stonehaven Ct and one is in between Stonehaven Ct and the West gate. Please note the ice melt is to be used on the community roads as needed and not for personal property use.
