Did anyone see Santa’s Elves flying around the community? There have been
several reports to the Board of Directors of joyous and festive decorations throughout
our community, this type of uplifting behavior MUST continue! Many thanks to everyone
who helped spread the magic of the season by decorating your homes and common
areas. Your decorations brought warmth and happiness to our community and visitors.
Ring in the New Year Celebration – The Preserve at Sharp Mountain New Years Eve
Celebration will be held Wednesday, December 31. This year’s heavy appetizers
portion will be hosted at the home of The Kazanchy’s (84 Ridge Road) from 7:30pm-
9:30pm. The dessert and toast portion will take place at The Kern’s home (217
Westview Drive) from 10:00pm-12:30am. Please RSVP by Dec. 30th to Colleen
Kazanchy ckazanchy@gmail.com (let her know if you will bring an appetizer to share or
dessert). BYOB. All are Welcome!!!
Decorating Committee – A new decorating committee is being formed under the
leadership of Michelle Hendren. If you would like to join this committee, please contact
Michelle at 678-895-3090.
Reminder POA dues of $1200 per lot are due January 1, 2026 – Payments received
after January 10, 2026, will incur a 10% late fee. Payment options include debit/credit
card on CMA portal (slight convenience fee), Automatic ACH withdrawal on January 8,
2026, sign-up on the CMA portal (no fee), or mail a check (no fee, but it takes longer for
CMA to receive and process, possibly resulting in late fees).
