The Preserve’s natural canvas showcases the beauty of every season. The white glistening snowy quilt of winter yields to the early risers of spring – the daffodils, dogwoods and countless buds bursting forth into summer’s lush forest-green canopy that morphs into fall’s blazing reds, oranges and golds that only a mountain can paint with breathtaking brilliance.

Native plant species and splashes of color landscape the gates, roadway intersections, parks and other byways. Pines and hardwoods indigenous to the region tower above The Preserve’s 1,600 acres that are carefully laid out in 324 lots of a minimum 3 acres, many larger, with intention to maintain low-density land use.
