3.27.26 Weekly Eblast from the Board

Just a quick note regarding POA dues for 2026 – POA dues for 2026 were due January 1, 2026, with a late fee applied after January 15, 2026.  Currently, there are 25 lot owner’s delinquent.  Please remit your payments as soon as possible.  On April 1, 2026, all delinquent accounts will be sent to a collection attorney, and a lien will be filed against the lot(s) with Pickens County.  Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.

Neighborhood Nosh – We had 23 neighbors join us for dinner on Wednesday evening.   It was really nice being out in the wild with friends and neighbors! Cool Cars and Hot Pizza – Have a cool car?  Join us for a lunchtime drive to Night Train Pizza near Big Canoe on April 11th.  There will be a meetup in/near The Preserve and we’ll have a fun route planned to get us to Night Train Pizza, where we will have our own parking area.  If you’re interested or have questions please contact Rod LaRue rodlfurn@gmail.com or 954-444-1441.  Details are still being worked out, but watch this space!

Mountain Women’s Lunch Bunch – Have you run out of jokes?  Do you need new ideas of pranks? Well, we have you covered, sort of.  Come for good food, easy conversation, and new (or familiar) faces — all women are welcome!   You’re invited to the Mountain Women’s Lunch Bunch on Wednesday, April 1 at 12:30 pm in Jasper at 61 Main.

Bunnies and Bouquets – You are invited to a neighborhood flower- arranging- get-together!  Join us Thursday, April 2 at 5:30 pm in the pavilion at Sharp Mountain Vineyards for a relaxed evening making bouquets for your Easter table or simply for a fresh spring bouquet, chatting, and having fun. No experience needed- we’ll walk you through it.  If you would rather not arrange your own, Elizabeth will happily make one for you.
What to bring:  

·       A bunch of flowers to share (more flowers will be available too)

·       A vessel for your arrangement (vase, jar, mug- anything works, paper will also be available for transport if you prefer)

·       BYOB if you like
