Ring in the New Year Celebration – The Preserve at Sharp Mountain New Years Eve
Celebration is coming up fast! This year’s heavy appetizers portion will be hosted at the
home of The Kazanchy’s (84 Ridge Road) from 7:30pm-9:30pm. The dessert and toast
portion will take place at The Kern’s home (217 Westview Drive) from 10:00pm-
12:30am. Please RSVP by Dec. 30th to Colleen Kazanchy ckazanchy@gmail.com (let
her know if you will bring an appetizer to share or dessert). BYOB. All are Welcome!!!
Reminder POA dues of $1200 per lot are due January 1, 2026 – Payments received
after January 10, 2026, will incur a 10% late fee. Payment options include debit/credit
card on CMA portal (slight convenience fee), Automatic ACH withdrawal on January 8,
2026, sign-up on the CMA portal (no fee), or mail a check (no fee, but it takes longer for
CMA to receive and process, possibly resulting in late fees).
To clarify last week’s e-blast, lot owners may prepay 2027 dues in a budget-friendly way
by submitting $100 per month. There is no penalty for prepayment.
