Please hold their beloved husbands, families, and friends close in thought and prayer as we remember two beautiful lives that meant so much to so many.

Soliciting and Trespassing – Soliciting and Trespassing are prohibited within our private community, as clearly stated at each gate.  If you notice any suspicious activity or individuals, please contact local authorities and then inform the BOD.

In reference to the BRD Pest Solutions salesperson that was in our community last week, pest control companies and individuals who solicit pest control services must be licensed and registered with the Georgia Department of Agriculture.  The BOD (specifically Harlan Proveaux) has opened an investigation into this Utah based company and the individual who was soliciting services.

Please if you signed a contract or received services with this company, contact Harlan Proveaux (POA Treasurer and Director of Law Enforcement, GA Department of Agriculture) at treasurer@sharp-mountain.com or 404-694-3468.

Neighborhood Nosh – Neighborhood Nosh strikes again! Twenty-one fabulous neighbors showed up at Woodbridge Inn on Wednesday, April 22—and let’s just say… the laughs were loud, the company was top-tier, and the plates did not disappoint.  Missed it? Don’t worry… we’ll save you a seat next time.   The next Neighborhood Nosh will be Wednesday, May 20th at Woodbridge Inn at 6:00 pm. RSVP to Elizabeth Wilke at: elizabethwilke17@gmail.com or 678-596-5545.  Please let her know by Sunday, May 17th.

Ladies Spring Tea – Looks like our schedules didn’t quite line up this time, so we’ll be canceling the Ladies Spring Tea for now.  We’d love to try again in the future, hopefully with a full table next time! Stay Tuned!

Mountain Women’s Lunch Bunch – Hey ladies — let’s taco ’bout lunch! New to the neighborhood or never joined us before? You’re warmly invited to the Mountain Women’s Lunch Bunch. Join the Mountain Women’s Lunch Bunch on Tuesday, May 5 at 12:30 PM at Taco Social in Ballground. Great food, better company, zero pressure — just come hungry. Please RSVP to Elizabeth by May 3: elizabethwilke17@gmail.com or 678-596-5545. See you there!

The Preserve Annual Picnic Survey – We’re getting excited for the Annual Preserve Picnic on Saturday, June 13th at 5:30 PM!  So far, we’ve received 13 responses to our Social Committee survey, thank you to those who’ve already shared their input. We’d love to hear from even more neighbors to help shape this year’s event.  Many of you told us you’d like to keep the picnic format the same, with one possible update: the food. Some residents are interested in different options or a plan that doesn’t require bringing a dish to share.  We need your help to decide! Please take a moment to complete this quick survey and let us know your preference for the June 13th picnic.  Thank you for taking the time to help us create a fun and enjoyable evening for everyone—we truly appreciate your input!

Here’s to great neighbors, fresh mountain air, and a great weekend ahead.
